Make your way to the Wynn Las Vegas in December 2–22 and play the $10,400 Main Event, or take a shot at the WPT Prime Championship.

The 23rd season of World Poker Tour (WPT) will end with the WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas from December 2 to 22, 2025. The festival will feature a schedule of poker tournaments, satellite events, and televised finals.

WPT World Championship Main Event Dates

The $10,400 buy-in WPT World Championship Main Event will begin with three starting flights on December 13, 14, and 15 with the day 2 starting on December 16th.

From there, the event will run through December 19, narrowing the competition down to the final six players. These six will return for the televised championship final table on December 21, where the 2025 WPT World Champion will be determined.

WPT Prime Championship Details

The WPT Prime Championship will also be a major feature of the festival. The event will have four starting flights, scheduled from December 7 to 10. Survivors will advance to Day 2 on December 11, with play continuing until the final six remain on December 12.

The concluding stage of the WPT Prime Championship will be a delayed televised final table on December 20, highlighting the event’s importance in the season schedule.

The complete festival schedule will include a range of additional tournaments, satellites, and special events.

Details of these will be released closer to the start date, providing players with multiple entry points and event formats to choose from.

2025 WPT World Championship

The 2025 WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas will close out Season 23 with a comprehensive series of events, headlined by the $10,400 Main Event and the WPT Prime Championship.

With multiple starting flights, competitive structures, and televised final tables, the December festival will be a significant fixture on the global poker calendar.
